<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily hear and understand a voice message outputted from an image formation apparatus even if the voice message is outputted during operation, from the image formation apparatus which outputs information on an image formation apparatus in voice. <P>SOLUTION: In occurrence of an event which requires output of the voice message during operation of image-forming operation by a transmission-side image formation apparatus, the transmission-side image formation apparatus transmits voice message output information indicating the content of the event requiring the output of the voice message, to a reception-side image formation apparatus connected with the transmission-side image formation apparatus via a network, and the reception-side image formation apparatus outputs a voice message corresponding to the event having occurred in the transmission-side image formation apparatus, on the basis of the content of the received voice message output information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
