<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective relay capable of securing simultaneity of sampling data and relay calculation data. <P>SOLUTION: A protective relay comprises: a sampling part 2 that stores sampling time points in association with respective sampling values; and a filter part 4 that obtains filter data by adding a sampling value sampled at a reference time point defined as a latest time point among an odd number of sampling time points continuous in time series to sampling values respectively sampled at an even number of sampling time points before the reference time point, fetches a sampling time point prior to the reference time point by a delay time defined as a value obtained by multiplying, by a sampling period, a value obtained by subtracting one from the odd number, and stores the fetched sampling time point in association with the filter data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
