PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer device, an input system and a program therefor which can properly detect both input by an electronic pen and input by a touch panel.

SOLUTION: A computer device includes a display unit laminating a touch panel and a coded pattern layer with a formed coded pattern readable by an electronic pen and processing means for limiting input to the touch panel based on the area of a contact region detected by the touch panel.
