<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick up a chip card easily and reliably. <P>SOLUTION: As a result of lateral faces of the two sides of a UIM card 10 which are parallel to each other being made into inclined planes 20A and 20B, either one of the acute angle parts 30A and 30B is positioned to be upwardly spaced from a surface 100 of a floor, a desk, or the like, when the UIM card 10 is located on the surface 100.
