<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a formulation which increases an active constituent, especially the efficacy of bleaching. <P>SOLUTION: That a water-in-oil type emulsified composition which blends a polyalkylene glycol-diisocyanate copolymer, a whitening agent, and an anti-inflammatory agent has been understood, further it has been understood that the purpose is achieved by making an oil soluble active constituent an internal phase, and making an O/W/O type emulsified composition which blends a polyalkylene glycol-diisocyanate copolymer, a whitening agent, and an anti-inflammatory agent, and blending to contain 15-30% of a polyhydric alcohol whose glycerol is at least 50%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
