<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism-culturing sheet capable of favorably expanding on a culture layer without leaking an inoculated liquid to be inspected out of the frame only by covering a cover sheet after inoculating the liquid to be inspected on the culture layer, and thus, having good operability. <P>SOLUTION: The microorganism-culturing sheet includes: a base material sheet; the culture layer formed in a predetermined area of the base material sheet; a frame layer formed in an outer periphery of the culture layer or on the culture layer for defining an expanding range of the liquid to be inoculated on the culture layer; and the cover sheet for covering the surface of the culture layer. The surface of the side facing to the surface of the culture layer of the cover sheet has a contact angle to water of in the range of 50-105° by a sessile drop method, which is a method for a wettability test, based on JIS R3257. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
