<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a moisture ratio of W/O emulsion capable of measuring a moisture content of a wide range without being affected by a density difference. <P>SOLUTION: The method for measuring a moisture ratio according to the present invention includes: when a moisture content of W/O emulsion is measured using a capacitive sensor, performing measurement at a liquid flow rate or more that can prevent electrostatic polarization of water particles and aggregation of an electrode part due to Brownian motion so as to provide a capacitance value with superior linearity and reproducibility according to the moisture content, thereby highly accurately measuring a moisture content even in the moisture content of 5% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
