<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transdermal patch covered with a release film which a user can peel off unconsciously and easily without decreasing the adhesive power of the transdermal patch. <P>SOLUTION: The patch for external use includes a support, an adhesive water-containing paste spread nearly all over a surface of the support, and the release film larger than a paste surface to be adhered to the paste.
