<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an ophthalmic solution compounded with tetrahydrozoline or a salt thereof, neostigmine or a salt thereof, berberine or a salt thereof, chlorpheniramine or a salt thereof, vitamin B12, vitamin B6 or salt thereof, panthenol, taurine, chondroitin sulfate or a salt thereof, terpenoid, glycyrrhizic acid or a salt thereof, and an ophthalmic solution additionally compounded with aspartic acid or a salt thereof cause troubles such as gelation or precipitation under a low temperature condition. <P>SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical solution is compounded with epsilon-aminocaproic acid to obtain the stable ophthalmic solution not gelled or precipitated even under a low temperature condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
