<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic obtained by extracting antioxidants such as anthocyanin and saponin from at least any of the flower, leaf and stem of cyclamen and blending the same into a cosmetic base. <P>SOLUTION: At least any of the flower, stem and leaf of cyclamen is extracted with a solvent and is filtered. The extract of cyclamen as a filtrate is blended into a cosmetic base so as to be the cosmetic. The extract of cyclamen may be blended by about 0.5 to 15 wt.% into the cosmetic base.
