<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle AV system that prevents unintended exposure during resume at start-up. <P>SOLUTION: An AV controller 112 determines whether a present driver is the same as a driver who started the in-vehicle AV system last time by the face image of the present driver captured by an in-vehicle camera 107, and examines whether there is only the driver in the car.
