<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plier replaceable in jaw members which is enhanced in the rigidity of the jaw members by employing the manufacturing method for forming expanded holes after forming round holds at a connecting part of the jaw members, in particular, and has the detachable jaw members at a body, and a product manufacturing the method. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes steps of: blanking the body of the plier, blanking the jaw members, and assembling them where the plier body blanking step forms the body by a blanking means while the jaw member blanking step forms, with the blanking means, a pair of symmetric jaw members which stand as objects to be mounted detachably to the body. The jaw members are subjected to drilling on their end surfaces for the formation of the round holes by the use of a round drill, and then expanded holes are shaped by using a rectangular drill having a recessed circular tip so as to correspond to the circular holes while, in the course of the foregoing assembling step, the pair of the jaw members are mounted to tips of the body through the expanded holes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
