The invention relates to specific antibodies against human CXCL4 and uses thereof. More particularly,the antibodies of the invention maybe used for specifically detecting CXCL4 in a biological sample or as drug, for instance for treating disease associated with pathological angiogenesis when said antibodies are coupled with a cytotoxic agent. |
