The present invention relates to a communication terminal having a function of converting a communication network connection. More particularly, the present invention relates to a communition terminal having a function of converting a communication network connection, comprising: a communication network confirmation unit confirming the existence of a communication network which may be connected and the kind of the communication network which may be connected or a communication network which is being connected; a communication network selection unit selecting a particular communication network from among the communication networks which may be connected when a communication network conversion signal is generated; and a communication network connection unit connecting to the particular communication network selected from the communication networks which are being connected.
