<p>A transmission assembly for an agitator washing machine has an installation board (100) connected to the housing of a washing machine, a drive pulley (200), a main shaft component (300) fixedly connected to the impeller of the washing machine, a shaft sleeve (400) fixedly connected to the inner tub of the washing machine, a clutch device (500), and a brake device (600). The lower end of the main shaft component (300) is fixedly connected to the drive pulley (200). The shaft sleeve (400) is arranged in coaxial rotation with the main shaft component (300). The lower part of the shaft sleeve (400) is connected to the drive pulley (200) through the clutch device (500). The main shaft component (300) is formed of an input shaft (301) and an output shaft (302). A planetary gear reduction component (330) and a forward/reverse rotation output component (340) are disposed between the input shaft (301) and the output shaft (302). The brake device (600) has a cone disc brake mechanism (610) and a brake control mechanism (620). The transmission assembly adopts a square wire clutch, a frustum-shaped brake, planetary gear reduction as well as a rack and a sector gear to output forward/reverse torque, thus having a simple structure, reliable transmission, and accurate braking, occupying a small space, being easy for installation and maintenance, having a long service life, and having high novelty and inventiveness.</p> |
