PURPOSE: Foldable chopsticks are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying the structure thereof and to facilitate the packing thereof. CONSTITUTION: Foldable chopsticks comprise a top body(10), a bottom body(30), a connector(50), and a hanging unit. On one end of the top body, a curved inner surface and a curved outer surface are formed. The curved inner surface is hidden in a folded state. The curved outer surface is exposed in a folded state. The bottom body picks up food and forms a curved inner surface and a curved outer surface. The connector connects the upper end of the curved inner surface to the upper end of the curved outer surface. The hanging unit prevents the top body and bottom body from being folded.
