<p>In order to ensure strength while suppressing weight increase of a vehicle frame structure, which includes a rocker (14) extending in the front-rear direction of a vehicle, a bulk member (40) is disposed inside the rocker (14), and the bulk member (40) and the inner surface (24) of the rocker (14), which includes a ridge line portion (32) of the rocker (14), form a closed cross-section portion (70). The bulk member (40) and the inner surface (24) of the rocker (14), forming the closed cross-section portion (70) in such a manner, enable greater rigidity of the rocker (14) without the need to provide a reinforcement member throughout the entire inside of the rocker (14). Further, by providing the ridge line portion (32) on the inner surface (24) of the rocker (14) that forms the closed cross-section portion (70), the rocker (14) can be made more reliably rigid using the rigidity of the ridge line portion (32). Consequently, increasing the rigidity of a floor (4) is unnecessary, and the rigidity of the floor (4) including the rocker can be ensured simply by disposing the bulk member (40), which forms the closed cross-section portion (70), inside the rocker (14).</p> |
