PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing a raindrop hose are provided to firmly attach nozzle chips to the inner circumference of a hose without an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a raindrop hose comprises an extruder(30), a base die(32), a vacuum tank(36), a nozzle chip transferring unit(40), a nozzle chip guide rail(42), a vertically nozzle chip transferring piston(50), and a piston driving cylinder(60). The base die disperses synthetic resin(10a) molten by the extruder into a cylindrical hose shape, thereby forming a hose(10). The vacuum tank finally controls an internal diameter and an external diameter and cools the hose. The nozzle chip transferring unit transfers nozzle chips(18) to the inside of the hose. The nozzle chip guide rail is extended to a longitudinal direction of the base die from the nozzle chip transferring unit. The nozzle chip guide rail guides the nozzle chips supplied by the nozzle chip transferring unit to an inner attachment position of the nozzle chips. The vertically nozzle chip transferring piston vertically reciprocates in the lower part of the nozzle chips and pushes the nozzle chips of the end portion and attaches the nozzle chips in the top surface of the inner circumference of the hose. The piston driving cylinder makes the vertically nozzle chip transferring piston reciprocate.
