摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage an advertising medium with high accuracy by utilizing an IC tag. <P>SOLUTION: An advertisement management server 20 of an advertisement management system refers to distribution possibility information storage means 44 on the basis of identification information transmitted from a portable information terminal 8 and distributes advertisement related information to the portable information terminal 8 in the case where a distribution enabled state is determined but, in the case where distribution possibility information indicates a distribution disabled state, on the other hand, distributes an opening authentication request to the portable information terminal 8. Upon receiving the opening authentication request, the portable information terminal 8 transmits authentication information, thereby rewriting the distribution possibility information stored in the distribution possibility information storage means 44 inside the advertisement management server 20 into the distribution enabled state.
