<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly keep the line voltage in a power distribution system. <P>SOLUTION: In a system including: a server device 2; an information providing device (a smart meter 10) provided on a user 4 side; and a measurement device (a smart meter 10, a measuring instrument 13) for measuring a line voltage, the server device 20 generates power rate unit price information based on a line voltage received from the measuring device, and transmits the information to an information providing device existing in an area where the measurement device having sent the line voltage is provided, then the information providing device displays the power rate unit price based on the received power rate unit price information so as to call usersí attention to adjust power consumption amount of their loads. More specifically, if the line voltage exceeds a first threshold value, a first power rate unit price is to be displayed as the power rate unit price information, and if the line voltage is less than a second threshold value (<the first threshold value), a second power rate unit price (>the first threshold value) is to be displayed as the power rate unit price information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
