<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an indicated value indicated by a pointer accurately. <P>SOLUTION: An indicated value measurement system 1 includes an imaging apparatus 2 for imaging an image of a meter, and an image analysis processor 3 for measuring an indicated value indicated by a pointer from the image of the meter imaged by the imaging apparatus 2. The image analysis processor 3 extracts an image of the pointer from the image of the meter imaged by the imaging apparatus 2 on the basis of information on the center location and operation starting position of the pointer, detects a rotation angle of the pointer on the basis of the extracted image of the pointer, and converts the rotation angle of the pointer into the indicated value on the basis of information on the base scale and full scale of the indicated value indicated by the pointer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
