<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel noise generated at a power supply and ground while canceling a glitch of a differential output current. <P>SOLUTION: Switch transistors M<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, M<SB POS="POST">2</SB>switch according to differential input voltages D<SB POS="POST">ip</SB>, D<SB POS="POST">im</SB>, to convert an input current I<SB POS="POST">in</SB>to currents I<SB POS="POST">i1</SB>, I<SB POS="POST">i2</SB>. A noise current generation circuit 1 generates a dummy current I<SB POS="POST">b</SB>simulating a noise current flowing via an input current source 2. Switch transistors M<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, M<SB POS="POST">4</SB>switch according to the differential input voltages D<SB POS="POST">ip</SB>, D<SB POS="POST">im</SB>, to convert the dummy current I<SB POS="POST">b</SB>to currents I<SB POS="POST">i3</SB>, I<SB POS="POST">i4</SB>, which are superimposed on the currents I<SB POS="POST">i1</SB>, I<SB POS="POST">i2</SB>in anti-phase fashion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
