<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner (for example, one-component toner) that is manufactured using an improved manufacturing method in addition to a standard manufacturing method, and has an external additive attached evenly and firmly to a toner base . <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of toner includes a washing process for washing a mixture obtained in a mixing process, after the mixing process for mixing toner base particles obtained using a toner material including a binder resin, colorant, and a mold release agent, and an external additive.
