ADSORPTION TYPE COMPRESSED GAS DRYING PROCESS AND DEVICE REGENERATED BY USING COMPRESSION HEAT

Disclosed are an adsorption type compressed gas drying process regenerated by using compression heat and the device thereof, wherein the process comprises following steps: 1)an absorption process of dryer A; 2)a regeneration process of dryer B; 3)switching working state between dryer A and dryer B. The step 1) is made up into three periods: 1.the raw gas being regenerated by full flow in the dryer B, then entering into the dryer A to be absorbed; 2.the raw gas entering into the dryer A to be absorbed directly, without regeneration in the dryer B, and a heater(2) being turned on and working at the same time; 3.the raw gas entering into the dryer A to be absorbed directly, without regeneration in the dryer B, and the heater (2) being turned off at the same time. The step 2) is divided into three periods: 1.the raw gas being regenerated by full flow in the dryer B, then entering into the dryer A to be absorbed; the dryer B being heated and regenerated by using the remaining heat (compression heat) of raw gas in a raw gas remaining heat desorption phase; 2. the raw gas entering into the dryer A to be absorbed directly, without regeneration in the dryer B, and the heater(2) being turned on and working at the same time, and a part of finished gas entering into the dryer B to heat the sorbent furtherly. After finishing the heating phase, then turning to a blast cold phase; 3.the raw gas entering into the dryer A to be absorbed directly, without regeneration in the dryer B, and the heater (2) being turned off at the same time, and a part of finished gas being blown into the dryer B to cool the sorbent directly, till the regeneration of dryer B being finished. The device is corresponding to the process.
