CONNECTION STRUCTURE WITH HIGH VOLTAGE LAYER AND CONDUCTOR IN SOLID INSULATED BUSBAR CONNECTION PART

PURPOSE: A connection structure of a high voltage layer and a conductor in an SIB(Solid Insulated Busbar) connection part is provided to reduce connection failures by using a flexible first coil spring as a connection member. CONSTITUTION: A case(100) includes an outer insulating layer(110) and an inner insulating layer(120) formed on the inner surface of the outer insulating layer. An adaptor(130) connected to a metal film(111) of the outer insulating layer is installed in a through hole of the inner insulating layer. A conductor(3) of an SIB(1) inserted in a case is connected to the adapter by a first coil spring(150). The inner insulating layer includes the through hole which passes through the outer surface and the inner surface.
