PURPOSE: A liquid dynamic pressure bearing assembly and a motor with the same are provided to generates a balanced radial dynamic pressure, thereby steadily supporting a shaft. CONSTITUTION: A liquid dynamic pressure bearing assembly(1) comprises a sleeve(20), a thrust plate(30), an extension unit, and a coupling unit. A shaft(10) is inserted into the sleeve, thereby being supported. The thrust plate is joined to one end part of the shaft. The extension unit is formed in the thrust plate to be extended in an axial direction, thereby being joined to the shaft. The joining unit is touched to an exterior surface and an interior surface of the extension unit.
