PURPOSE: A coating apparatus is provided to improve the reliability of a coating process and to select the methods and the conditions of a curing process according to the type of lamps provided on a curing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A coating apparatus includes a fixing unit(10a), a coating liquid storing unit(30a), and curing apparatuses(22a, 24a). The fixing unit fixes a coating target(12a). The coating liquid storing unit includes coating liquid which coats the coating target. The curing apparatuses are arranged on at least one side or both sides of the coating target with coating liquid. The coating apparatus further includes a coating liquid supplying part which is in connection with the coating liquid storing unit and implements a coating process under the static state of the coating target. |
