<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield per toner storage container by reducing waste of toner through decreasing a residual amount of toner stored in the toner storage container, while reducing the number of operation man-hours in recycling and preventing noise and excessive load on a drive system. <P>SOLUTION: A toner supply device 60Y according to the present invention comprises; a toner storage container 32Y configured to discharge toner, stored in a cylindrical container body, from a toner discharge port by being attached to a device body 115 and rotated and driven; and a conveyance part configured to convey toner, discharged from the toner storage container, to a developing device 5Y. The container body has: a recessed spiral port 32Y2a formed on the inner peripheral surface of container body so as to extend from one end of the container body to the other end of the container body; and a plurality of recesses 200 formed in the external wall of the container body so as to extend in the length direction of the container body.
