<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric element, excellent in durability, and capable of producing a large amount of displacement, suppressing a resonance phenomenon, suppressing change of an amount of displacement even when being driven continuously for a long time under high electric field and high pressure, and suppressing delamination at a lamination portion. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated piezoelectric element includes a laminate formed by alternately laminating a plurality of piezoelectric layers 11 and a plurality of metal layers 12c and 12d.
