<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method for a stepping motor which enables secure stepping operation by using low electric power consumption, a driving device for a stepping motor and electronic apparatus using the driving device. <P>SOLUTION: Pulse output sections X in which pulses including driving pulses P1 are output and pulse stop sections Y in which pulses are not output are provided.
