<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery module with a high capacity and high safety. <P>SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte battery module 100 comprises nonaqueous electrolyte batteries 1 to n. Each of the nonaqueous electrolyte batteries 1 to n has a positive electrode tab 11 and a negative electrode tab 12. The positive electrode tabs 11 of the nonaqueous electrolyte batteries 1 to n-1 are welded to negative electrode tabs 12 of the nonaqueous electrolyte batteries 2 to n, respectively. Each of the positive electrode tabs 11 of the nonaqueous electrolyte batteries 1 to n has a structure in which a metal piece made of a Ni or Ni-Cr alloy is embedded in an aluminum plate. The metal piece made of the Ni or Ni-Cr alloy is embedded in the aluminum plate at a position 10 mm away from an end face of the positive electrode tab 11, and has a width of 5 mm and a thickness of 100 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
