<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package sealing method capable of realizing cleanliness of a class 100. <P>SOLUTION: The package sealing method for: conveying a lid by a conveyance means with a lid suction nozzle; aligning the lid to a package with electronic components housed and placing the lid; and bonding and sealing the package and the lid comprises the following steps of a) partly joining the lid to the package and fixing the lid, b) stopping suction operation of the suction nozzle after the previous step and moving the suction nozzle by a predetermined distance on the upper part of the lid, and c) continuing the suction operation of the suction nozzle while bonding and sealing the lid, and a container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
