<p>The present invention relates to a tuyere for an ironworks industrial furnace, including a body part through the center of which a blow line passes. The body part has a semi-conical shape and a main body passage, as well as a protrusion protruding from the body part. Here, a cover part is coupled to the protrusion such that a front body passage is defined between the cover part and the outer surface of the protrusion. Also, an outer cooling passage is defined inside the cover part, and a peripheral part is coupled to the cover part so as to cover same. According to the present invention, since the cover part is coupled to the protrusion of the body part to define the body passage, and the peripheral part having the outer cooling passage therein is coupled to the cover part so as to surround same, even though a portion of the peripheral part of the tuyere may be damaged, the supply of coolant through the passage of the damaged periphery part may be stopped, and thus the function of the tuyere may be continuously maintained using only the remaining portion of the peripheral part and the body part. Thus, a tuyere having a long lifespan may be provided. In addition, the coolant may be uniformly transferred up to the front end of the tuyere to improve cooling efficiency. As a result, working time may be increased to improve working efficiency.</p> |
