PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coreless motor without a torque ripple.
SOLUTION: An air-core coil is configured by disposing a plurality of unit coils in a circumferential direction and a permanent magnet magnetized in an M pole is disposed inside the air-core coil so as to generate rotational torque by causing an N phase current to flow through the air-core coil. N×M unit coils are shifted by an angle of 2π/(N×M) as viewed from a central axis of the permanent magnet so as to be arranged inside the air-core coil. Further, a shape of each unit coil has an angle of 2π/M in the circumferential direction as viewed from the central axis of the permanent magnet, and is a hexagonal shape having oblique sides equivalent to an angular range of 2π/(N×M) of both ends of the angle of 2π/M. Hereby, since a time period in which rotational torque of one unit coil is decreased and a time period in which rotational torque of another unit coil is recovered are just overlapped with each other, a coreless motor without a torque ripple can be realized.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
