<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone conduction type sound transmitting device capable of releasing discomfort during use by transmitting a vibration of a bone conduction element from a free region, and improving a degree of speech recognition. <P>SOLUTION: The bone conduction type sound transmitting device comprises: a bone conduction element 11 being pressed against a human body; and a signal processing part 21 for supplying a driving signal to the bone conduction element 11.
