<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vector for TA cloning easily selecting clones into which DNA fragments such as a PCR amplification product are inserted, and more specifically, simply selecting clones into which only the target DNA fragments are inserted, while controlling direction of insertion; a method for cloning by using the vector; a method for producing the vector; and a kit including the vector. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the vector having deactivated drug-resistant gene in which nucleic acid sequence encoding amino acids on C terminal part or N terminal part indispensable for expressing drug resistance of a drug-resistant gene product, placed on the terminal; the method for cloning using the vector; the method for producing the vector; and the kit including the vector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
