The present invention relates to a photographing device including a power transmission body. The power transmission body of a mammography X-ray photographing device includes: a frame part connected to an X-ray receiving part; an adaptor part disposed on the frame part, wherein the adaptor part is selectively connected to the X-ray receiving part or to a support by a power part; a driving part for driving the adaptor part; and a power part for transmitting power to the driving part. According to the power transmission body of the mammography X-ray photographing device, since biopsy photography and tomography can be performed using one power transmission body, the weight and size of the rotating arm may be reduced, and the vibration and noise produced thereby may be reduced. Also, due to the simplified driving mechanism of the power transmission body, power loss may be reduced, and the durability of each component may be improved. |
