The present invention relates to a polarizer rotation apparatus for multi-polarized satellite signals and a satellite signal reception apparatus having the same, including: a feed horn for receiving satellite signals; a low noise block-down converter for processing signals received through the feed horn; and a skew compensation unit which is provided at the low noise block-down converter or the feed horn and rotates the low noise block-down converter or the feed horn to compensate for a skew angle when the satellite signals received through the feed horn are linear polarized waves, wherein the low noise block-down converter includes a polarizer rotation unit for receiving linear polarized signals or circular polarized signals from the satellite signals and can receive and process the linear polarized waves and circular polarized waves using a simple structure.
