Provided is a group management control device for an elevator which reduces unnecessary waiting time and an occurrence of missing an elevator car even in the case where there is a difference between a loading zone call registration device to respective cars. To attain this, the group management control device for the elevator which manages a plurality of elevators as a group is provided with the loading zone call registration device, a walking time prediction unit which predicts a walking period of time of a user on the basis of a distance from the loading zone call registration device to each of the elevators, and a loading zone call assignment unit which determines an elevator to be assigned to a loading zone call on the basis of an evaluation value calculated by using the walking period of time predicted. The plurality of elevators managed as a group are classified into a plurality of groups in accordance with the distances from the loading zone call registration device, and the walking time prediction unit predicts the walking period of time for each group by using the same value preset as the distance for the elevators that belong to the same group.
