The securing device (13) has: an engaging member (17) provided to the display device (7); a stopper (18) provided to the support arm (12), the stopper being able to detachably engage with the engaging member (17); a spring (19) for moving the stopper (18) to a securing position A of engagement with the engaging member (17); and an operating member (20) for moving, in opposition to the urging force from the spring (19), the stopper (18) to a securing-release position B of separation from the engaging member (17).</p> |
