<p>A waste plastics film extruder includes a machine barrel (2), a helical delivery rod (3) mounted in the machine barrel (2), and a feed hopper (12) mounted on the machine barrel (2). The helical delivery rod (3) includes a rod body which is installed coaxially with the machine barrel (2) and helical blades on the rod body. The power input end of the helical delivery rod (3) extends out of the machine barrel (2) and connects with a drive device. The machine barrel (2) includes a drying sectional barrel (11), a compression sectional barrel (10) and an extruding sectional barrel (9) which are sequentially connected along the direction of the material delivery. The compression sectional barrel (10) presents a round stage shape whose inner diameter gradually reduces from the drying sectional barrel (11) to the extruding sectional barrel (9). Some discharge holes (15) are set on the barrel wall of said drying sectional barrel (11), and several heaters (16) wrap around the outer wall of the extruding sectional barrel (9). After drying in the waste plastics film extruder, the waste plastics film is extruded out directly to form products.</p> |
