PURPOSE: A memory device capable of being accessed by a plurality of processors is provided to enable bank interleaving of each area of a dual port memory device by using channel information in addition to existing address information when a process accesses the memory. CONSTITUTION: A data storage unit(110) includes storage areas. A first address register(130) stores a memory address and a bank address inputted from a first processor. A first timing register(140) stores a control signal and a storage area selecting signal inputted from the first processor. A first storage area selecting unit(120) selectively accesses a first storage area which the first processor exclusively accesses and a third storage area which both the first processor and a second processor access thorough the first timing register and the first address register based on the storage area selecting signal inputted from the first processor.
