<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing an optical sheet which prevent the occurrence of stripes on a printing surface when applying dot pattern printing to the back face of an optical sheet, thereby achieving quality improvement of a product using the optical sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In dot pattern printing when manufacturing a light guide plate, ink is injected from an inkjet nozzle 51 to an original plate 53 of the light guide plate.
