<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whipping device for sparkling beverage contained in a container, which enables everyone to easily form creamy fine foam. <P>SOLUTION: A whipping device 100 for canned beer stores an ultrasonic generation unit 140 in an internal space formed by a case 110 and an inner lid 120. The ultrasonic generation unit 140 generates ultrasonic waves, and applies the ultrasonic waves to beer flowing in a beer flow passage in the middle of the beer flow passage formed by an inner lid 120 when a whipping button 102 is depressed.
