<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active noise cancellation technique which can eliminate a coupling transformer, and are less likely to be affected by device characteristics and time delay. <P>SOLUTION: In a half bridge inverter 200, a two-in-one module 100 for driving a load 300 includes a main arm 110 which drives the load 300 and an auxiliary arm 120 which is not connected to the load 300 and has a configuration equivalent to that of the main arm 110. Switching the auxiliary arm 120 in synchronization with the main arm 110 at a predetermined timing reduces leakage current from a ground terminal 212 caused by,for example, a stray capacitance between the main arm 110 and a copper base 101, and allows an effective active noise cancellation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
