<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device which prevents itself from radiating electromagnetic noise to cause malfunction in other electronic control devices and being subject to influence of electromagnetic noise from the exterior to cause malfunction in a semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: A heat radiation member 21 is electrically connected with a ground 13 of a first substrate 10. In such an electronic control device, the electric potential is stabilized at the heat radiation member 21, and the structure prevents the heat radiation member 21 from functioning as an antenna. Thus, the structure prevents the heat radiation member 21 from radiating electromagnetic noise generated in a semiconductor device 22 and also prevents malfunction from occurring in other electronic control devices (semiconductor devices) located near the electronic control device. Further, the structure makes the electronic control device less likely to be subjected to electromagnetic noise from the exterior and prevents malfunction in the semiconductor device 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
