<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grid having no defect such as void, etc. in an X-ray absorption part. <P>SOLUTION: A grid substrate 20 is formed with an X-ray-absorbent metal such as tungsten, molybdenum, etc., and multiple X-ray absorption parts 24 are formed by setting regions on the grid substrate 20. The X-ray absorption parts 24 have no defect such as void, etc. and can obtain high X-ray absorptivity because they are formed with the grid substrate 20. In other regions on the grid substrate 20 than the X-ray absorption parts 24, multiple X-ray transmission parts 25 are arranged by forming many microscopic holes 27 using anodization.
