<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measuring device utilizing a sing-around method of an estimation-type gas meter or the like that further effectively reduces influence of pulsation of gas flow and further improves accuracy of flow rate measurement. <P>SOLUTION: A measurement control part of the flow rate measuring device causes a measurement block division part to divide sampling periods Tc into three or more, for example four, measurement blocks Tb having equal intervals, and causes a flow rate measurement part to perform flow rate measurement for each of the measurement blocks Tb. Also, a measurement block selection part selects at least one of all the measurement blocks Tb as a specific block on which the flow rate measurement is not performed. A flow rate calculation part of the flow rate measurement part calculates an average value of flow rate values obtained in the measurement blocks except the specific blocks as a flow rate value of the sampling period Tc for each of the sampling periods Tc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
