<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve shape stabilization of a spiral fin/tube heat exchanger and to reduce the cost of a heat exchanger unit. <P>SOLUTION: The heat exchanger unit 1 includes: the spiral fin/tube heat exchanger 5 that is formed by a spiral fin/tube 4 being three-dimensionally wound in a cylindrical shape; a substantially cylindrical-shaped cover 6 that covers a cylindrical-shaped three-dimensionally wound portion of the spiral fin/tube heat exchanger 5 from the outside and partially sticks to a portion being a cylindrical-shaped outer peripheral surface of the spiral fin/tube heat exchanger 5 to prevent the deformation of the spiral fin/tube heat exchanger 5; a ventilating device 7 for forcedly providing air flow to the spiral fin/tube heat exchanger 5; and a casing 8 that forms a mechanical chamber outline in which the spiral fin/tube heat exchanger 5 and the ventilating device 7 are arranged.
