<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus which has a reduced variation in a liquid jetting characteristic when a driving signal is delayed by the recording apparatus using the driving signal including a main pulse and a cancel pulse. <P>SOLUTION: When a half of a volume natural-vibration period of a liquid in a channel is regarded as AL, a controller sends the driving signal including the main pulse for jetting the liquid and the cancel pulse for not jetting the liquid sent after the main pulse to a displacement element and sends the driving signal being delayed so as not to send the driving signal to the displacement element corresponding to an adjacent liquid pressurizing chamber at the same time. When the cancel pulse is sent, a signal to increase volume of the cancel pulse begins to be sent to a displacement element adjacent to a displacement element for sending the cancel pulse at a time other than a while between a time after AL/3 has passed since the signal to increase the volume begins to be sent and a time after 2AL/3 has passed since the signal to increase the volume begins to be sent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
